I was invited by my friend Shane Kerwin to come out and attend his American Rifleman Series: Scout Marksman Course. When the invitation came I jumped on it. Shane is a natural born instructor who has mastered the art of teaching. He gives relevant instruction that meets you at your place of need. That is noteworthy considering the man spent 24 years serving in the U.S. Army. Sixteen of those 24 years were as a special forces operator. SOF Operators turned instructor are usually disconnected from the realities of being an armed citizen. This is thankfully not so in Shane's case.

Teaching and passing down knowledge are part of what SOF Operators do, and Shane does it masterfully. Together with his wife Calley, they conduct a well laid out series of courses that will impress students of all levels. You have my word on that.
